Notoya James, PhD, EA

With more than 20 years of professional experience, my background spans business consulting, entrepreneurship, taxation, bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, business operations, and strategic planning. As a longtime entrepreneur myself, I understand that running a business requires much more than having a great idea—it requires the right structure, financial knowledge, systems, and strategy to build something sustainable.

I hold a PhD in Business Management with a concentration in Strategy and Innovation, and I am an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

For more than two decades, I have helped individuals and businesses navigate taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, and business needs.
